How are we handling COVID-19?

We're taking every precaution to ensure that we keep our team safe, and minimize the risk of transmitting COVID-19. As a result, processing times may be 1-4 business days longer to accommodate enhanced safety measures. Please note that returns may also take longer than usual to process.

What is Italic?

Italic is a members-only shopping club.

We source, design and develop quality goods using the same manufacturers as top brands, and sell them to our members, at cost - meaning, Italic doesn’t profit on product sales.

What is the membership?

The Italic membership gives you access to 800+ quality goods from the same manufacturers, at cost. Membership is $100/year, and more than 90% of customers breakeven on their first order.

How often do you add new products?

Expect to see about 1-2 new products every month. Signing up for our mailing list is the best way to stay up to date on new product releases.

Can I sell my products on Italic?

Thank you for your interest! Factories are able to apply to sell on the Italic platform here. Please note that if you are a brand looking for a sales channel or connections to manufacturers, Italic's supplier program is not a good fit. At this time Italic solely works with high-end factories.

Is Italic hiring?

Yes! We're a band of rebels from technology and retail, inspired by both tradition and technology, with a hellbent desire to reinvent the industry for the betterment of all, not just the few.

Italic is hiring across a number of countries and departments. Our headquarters are based in West Hollywood, California, and our Chinese headquarters is based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. We're also actively searching for Business Development managers to join us in Milan, Italy, to work with our amazing European suppliers.Our product team hails from well-loved brands like Calvin Klein, Armani, Patagonia, & Arc'teryx, and has a combined 100+ years of experience in product development and design.

Our technology team comes from Snapchat, Shopify, and others, and has built software used by the Fortune 100 and millions of individuals in hundreds of countries. We're backed by top investors including Global Founders Capital, Comcast, Index, Ludlow, and the founders of Coinbase, Behance, TravelBank, & Hush, among others. Come join us! Does Italic have a showroom or popup store?

Not at this time. Italic is actively considering opportunities that give customers the best experience possible. If/when Italic opens a showroom or popup store, customers will be the first to know.

Does Italic make connections to manufacturers?

Italic helps connect shoppers directly to high-end manufacturers for brand-less luxury goods. As of right now, or anytime in the foreseeable future, we do not offer manufacturing services or connections to manufacturers. We're focused on making a strong customer experience, but appreciate the interest.

Are all of the products on Italic unique?

All products sold on Italic are uniquely produced and curated for customers. Many are limited runs, some will change based on seasonality, and others will be around for much longer.

Are products sold on Italic ethically and sustainably sourced?

Italic takes supplier policies and practices seriously. Only a fraction of the factories we speak to are able to sell on the platform. We are currently preparing more information to give customers a better understanding of our supplier transparency policies, sustainability, and other manufacturing practices. We're excited to provide more transparency about the products that you purchase on Italic.

What categories is Italic considering for the future?

Italic is actively looking for high-quality across a number of categories, and plans on adding new products at least monthly.
