This coat looks and feels money.  I was worried it would be too MATRIX and it might be, but I don't care. I want to eat this coat it's so good. 

WHAT A COAT

I was blown away by this leather trench coat. It was packaged beautifully covered in tissue paper. I’ve collected outerwear for many years and even worked for a premier outerwear designer as a fit model in the past. So, I have high standards. The coat exceeded them. The leather is super soft but nice and sturdy. The fit is impeccable. I’m on the taller side with a 35” chest, 26” waist and “40 hip. I ordered size Small. It fits close to the body to look great with a thinner dress but I have enough room for a medium weight sweater. 

The longer belt is a design element. It’s supposed to be worn folded over. I didn’t have a coat with this detail and it’s easy to wear and looks chic. Highly recommend the Margot trench. Totally worth the money. I’ve spent much more on designer name coats. I believe it’s a great investment and a great price.

This coat is exceptional and I consider it the best Italic purchase I've made (and I've made many!). I feel like a rock star when I wear it. It's so flattering and looks so luxe. It's a great investment piece that you will love for years.

Wow! Buy, buy, buy it!! This is so classic yet chic and trendy. The quality is amazing! I love the fit, slightly oversized. I ordered the XS, I'm 5'4" and 113lbs and it fits slightly oversized; which I love. The length on the arms is perfect, couldn't recommend more!

Looks and feel like designer. The leather is buttery soft. The tailoring/cut/fit is perfect and precise. My favorite coat. I haven't worn it out yet but it makes me happy every time I look at it.

Supple leather 

I wear this in 40-55 degree weather over a sweater and it’s perfect - I like to belt at the waist without buttoning or tie the belt in the back for an open look. It’s such supple leather and a great statement piece that’ll last through seasons

The leather on this coat is supple and soft. I'd say it hits just right in length for me and I'm 5'8. Might be on the long side for someone much shorter.
