So far I am very happy. It is a bit thicker and heavier than our precious comforter so a little hotter for sleeping. I think our bodies will adjust. I am very happy with the quality.

Luxury!

A great deal for a down blanket. Can’t say it really differentiates itself relative to other ones I’ve tried beyond price but I wouldn’t expect it to. End of the day if you want a real down blanket this is a great candidate.

Best purchase I made when moving. This blanket is warm yet light, and very well-made, with boxing to distribute the down evenly (shown in pic). Just as nice as name brands - I absolutely love this.

This is the 2nd comforter that I've bought from Italic and I really love the loft and overall quality.  Oftentimes when I have ordered down comforters that probably weren't as well made, they had a faint dead animal smell.  Not sure if that's the test of a good comforter but it's it's probably a good indication!

Super warm comforter

Was worried about buying without feeling/seeing it in person, but it met all expectations. Super comfortable, perfect weight, and fits my duvet well. 

Excellent quality, perfect fit for my duvet

So far, this feels like a complete steal. Yes, it starts out crunchy, but it’s never bothered me. I’ve had mine for over a month and haven’t noticed it getting quieter. It’s just lovely, a little on the light side, and it fits my other italic duvet covers nicely. I got a king size for my queen bed because I like it to hide my box spring peeking out of my bed frame. This feels luxurious. I haven’t noticed any feather shed. You can see how much fill is in each section when held up to the light. 

Crunchy and Cozy 

This is what it looks like when inserted into a duvet cover. I love that its light weight and breathable yet surprisingly warm.

After realizing the last time I bought my downcomforter in college which was over 20 years ago I decided to invest in a new one. It arrived in a Box that was huge and more than twice as big as the actual comforter.  When I unboxed it it unfurled to be a very is a very soft is soft and subtle fabric and the loft is quite nice. I noticed that it didn't really have that animal smell that you sometimes experience with cheaper down. If you put your nose up to it you can smell it very faintly. But I can tell you that I have never bought a pillow or a comforter made of down that was as close to this nice. You really can't go wrong. 

100% luxe

We live in an area that gets cold though not sub-zero - this is sufficiently warm, definitely heavier than the non down duvet they have! A little noisy but gets quieter as the cotton breaks in.

Very warm 

We recently upgraded to a king size bed and we wanted to upgrade our bedding as well. After searching through what felt like every possible sight, we settled on the Italic down comforter because the price was right. This comforter far exceeded our expectations. The down is well distributed and contained within the individual cells, and the weight is very nice, it keeps you warm without feeling heavy at all. It took a few days to fully expand out of the package but once it did, it was perfect.

Worth the splurge 

I’ll start with the positive and say that comforter is warm, evenly filled with soft down. It seems light to medium weight to me. The queen size just covers my queen bed and is certainly large enough for one person.

The fabric is not particularly soft and is quite stiff to the point of seeming synthetic despite being cotton. It crinkles audibly when moving about at night.

Perhaps it just needs to be broken in, but didn’t seem to be quite as “plush” as advertised. Fill seemed to be meager at first, but puffed up somewhat after I let it air out for two hours. Picture

Nice comforter, but pricey

I purchased the twin size comforter for my daughter. It fits well, light and breezy but not sure if it’s worm enough for the winter time here in New York.

The comforter is light and cool enough in the summer but also warm enough in the winter without an additional blanket. Feels very luxurious

Warm & Fluffy

The down is very nice and the comforter has a good weight to it. It is a bit smaller than other "king sized" duvet covers even though it has extra volume so there is a few inches of gap depending on how you place the ties. 

Luxurious

I do think this is a fair price for the weight of this duvet. As mentioned in prior posts, the cotton is a little stiff when you first open this, but after a week, it’s definitely softened up. I have purchased down comforters from Target that were not as “full” but I was equally happy with for a little cheaper. 

PLUSH after breathing!

Overall this was much more affordable than other places we were looking for a down insert. It is smaller than our sham which we bought from Brooklinen, so thats the only downside. Very warm and fluffy and our cats loves it :)
