This comforter is exactly what I wanted! It’s luxurious and plush and it feels great on my skin. It’s a tad warm for summer / early fall but I’m excited to use it in the winter months.

Puffy and warm

We've been sleeping under this comforter for 3 months of California summer.  It's the perfect weight and sleeping warmth so far sandwiched between a sheet and a medium-weight quilt.  With the current heat, we throw the quilt off the top and it's like sleeping under clouds.  My husband's allergic to down, so this alternative is fantastic and also SO much more comfortable and light than our past down-feather comforters.  Looking forward to a snuggly and less-heavy winter's sleep too!  Dog loves it

Really how comfortable this comforter is. I bought the king size, when it was 158. Now it’s only ~70. Although it went down in price, I am glad I bought it. I live in Hawaii, and so far it’s been keeping me cool. I also bought a cover for it from here.

My daughter loves how it adds fluff to her existing comforter.  It was too flat alone.  But with the Italic Eucalyptus Down Alternative Comforter, it makes her bed soft and inviting.

True Luxury

When I first opened the packaging, I expected to smell some level of the usual, synthetic chemicals/plastic, but wow, there was none of that - even the packaging is very fresh and clean, this comforter is so soft, and just amazing. I got one each for my parents and myself, so excited for all of us to sleep in it!!!

My allergies were not permitting me to keep using my down comforter and I was pleasantly surprised by the softness of this alternative comforter. I had an alternative one in the past and it was not nearly as soft as this one.

Replacement for my down comforter 

I bought the Eucalyptus sheet bundle set and the comforter. The comforter has a substantial weight to it and is comfortably warm!

I first bought this for my sister, then got one for myself, and am considering a third. The current sale price is unbeatable. It fits the italic linen duvet perfectly. The construction is impressive as it is a “boxed” shape and the filling is even up to the edge. 

Have repurchased multiple times 

Man this thing is amazing for the value super plush and silky. Unfortunately as with all nice things is dry clean only, but I'm sure it will be fine if you use it with a duvet cover as you should. Very very warm and came just in time for the tail end of winter

Batting is of polyester, but it has a nice handfeel. It is just not as plush as I thought, measuring in at 1 inch.

These were so so comfortable especially when temperatures were sometimes unregulated, it would be perfectly temperate when I needed it to be and it was warm when I needed it to be as well

Plushy and long-lasting

Love that it's lightweight but warm so i can still add a weighted blanket on top of i need to without overheating. Fits great in my queen/full duvet cover and drapes nicely on a full bed.

I immediately switched out my old comforter when this arrived. The eucalyptus cover feels cool to the touch but I can tell it will be warm. It feels well made and soft and I can’t wait to go to bed!

I cannot rave enough about this comforter. 

I suffer from night sweats and this has helped so much. I grew up with light summer and heavy winter goose down comforters. I can't explain how but we sleep with this comforter year round and it's warm enough on cold nights and not to warm on hot nights.

We live in SF so it still gets decently cold at night and this comforter is perfect for when we want fresh air with an open window but also want to stay warm. I love the corner ties that goes with my duvet cover.

Really warm 

This comforter is really nice. Personally I think I it’s better for the colder months of the year since it does keep you warm at night. The material is super similar to the eucalyptus sheets, so it does wrinkle a bit, but I’d you’re gonna put a duvet cover on it, it doesn’t really matter. I haven’t put it in the washer yet, so we’ll see how it holds up after that!

Soft and Lightweight

I love this comforter. Never too hot or cold.  Feels like a hotel room. I would just check the size before you order because it seems to be smaller than my duvet cover, though the duvet cover is from Australia so it might just be that the standards are different. I've included a pic of my dog being cute on the bed where we're using the comforter as a duvet insert.

I haven’t used this on my bed but I have a couple of points that please me. It was packaged well to protect the contents. I wa careful when I cut the box open but I was pleased to see that there was another layer of cardboard. The comforter is in a sealed plastic bag and is heavy. It felt substantial.

Light and warm comforter which we used primarily in the fall/winter. We love the feel and value of this comforter insert which we use with out duvet covers. I would highly recommend.

As someone who lives in Chicago with no central air, I needed something to be cool enough but also keep me warm - this is it! 

Perfect weight 

I was so excited to see how this comforter fluffed up after a day out of the packaging. It has a really nice weight to it and a gusset around the edges that lets it get extra fluffy. Once I get my new duvet cover, I might try using this plus my current (not as nice) comforter to get that in-store look.

For years, I'd been using a comforter that cost close to $1,000. I was SUPER hesitant about getting a comforter that cost only a fraction of the cost *and* sight-unseen. But I couldn't be more impressed. It's soft (not newspaper-y) and plenty warm. Trust me-- buy this.

I use this insert with Italic's Luxe Sateen Duvet Cover and it keeps me and my partner cool at night. It is very slim and lightweight, so if you are looking for something more fluffy, this may not be for you.
