Looks exactly as advertised. I don't think this one is as big a steal as other Italic products, but definitely worth the price and quality, trim, and zippers all look great. 

Great bag

I purchased this backpack for commuting to office and traveling. There’s a separate compartment for a laptop and it holds much more than it looks! Sturdy as well. 

Sturdy and holds a lot 

This backpack is fantastic! I was looking for a smaller backpack with no logos that I could commute on the subway to work in and this is perfect.  It has a padded laptop sleeve in back and just enough room for what you need. Has a hidden pocket inside as well. The outside pocket is a bit stiff and hard to open/close, but for $75 cannot beat the price. Only thing it is missing is a slot for a water bottle on the slide. I have had this for a few months now and the backpack has held up quite well except for some stitching on one of the zipper handles which can easily be fixed.

Absolutely a must have!

It fits everything I need for a carry-on. The style is low key. Not flashy. Not cool. Just simple and functional with a slim profile. 

The fabric looks ordinary for a backpack. Nothing unique or elevated, but the quality is good. 

It feels like it will hold up to a lot of travel and is comfortable on my back when full.  

Practical Choice

Has been carrying this backpack at least once every week, but the shape is still intact. The zipper is superb quality. Would love to buy this again when I need another backpack

Nice backpack

I recently went on a trip and brought this backpack. It's the most elegant backpack I've ever seen. It was also designed amazingly. The laptop pocket is thin and in the back, so when you have to take your computer out, you don't have to expose everything you're carrying. The inside pockets are also very useful. I really love this backpack!

Sleek and fits well on luggage.

This feels like my goldilocks backpack.  I have a northface one that holds a ton and a knomo one that holds a little.  The Rafa backpack holds enough for me to comfortably travel with it but is nice enough looking to actually take on work trips (and then to meetings where I need my laptop.)

I absolutely adore the sleeve on the back that allows me to have my carryon suitcase carry the backpack full of tech vs my back.

Amazing quality

I but one of these backpacks for a male friend. Sometimes when we went out with my toddler daughter I would borrow his backpack because it was much easier to manage her wearing that versus a purse. Well I finally got my own and I'm very happy with it.

The quality of this backpack is very good and it has a number of pockets, looks very stylish as well! 

I was looking for a backpack that would be a a more professional fit as I wanted to use it for work as well and found the perfect match with this one. The backpack looks great and it is really well-built. As a couple of reviewers have mentioned, the zippers are bit hard at the beginning but they get easier to move around with time. The only improvement I could think of is the front pocket, which when the backpack is full is extremely hard to open. Otherwise great steal!

I love that this backpack slides right over my luggage handle and has separate zippered compartments for my electronics and the rest of my things. I think the zippers could be a little smoother but other than that this is the perfect backpack and really cute

Love this backpack. It’s sturdy and keeps its sleek shape well even when filled to capacity as a carry-on. The laptop sleeve is well made and properly cushioned. Love the interior zip pocket and trolley sleeve for east travel. 

Quality & Style

I've been using this bag daily for work and travel and it is perfect. Holds a ton, keeps its shape, and have even withstood a run-in with some puppy teeth for about 15 seconds without damage - which says a lot about the quality!

I really like this backpack so far. The material feels very sturdy and the backpack is stylish. The backside panel to attach to luggage is a game changer. The only gripe I have with this bag is that if you fill up the large compartment too much, it's really difficult to get things from the front pocket.

Quality is impeccable. I love the leather details. It has a good structure and all the right pockets. The metal zippers don’t glide easily but it’s certainly not a dealbreaker. 

Perfect commuter bag

This backpack was everything that I was looking for. I wanted backpack that had a trolley sleeve and this works perfectly. It is simple and has really great structure. I'm in school and it holds my iPad and laptop with no issue in the laptop sleeve. It's been a few months since I received this and it holds up really well. I've gotten so many compliments asking where I got it from. Highly recommend!

best backpack

I bought this for my wife, it is similar to my Montblanc nightlight backpack. 
The quality is close. For 1/10th of the price of the MontBlanc it's a no brainer.
It is also ideal to travel as wearing luxury brands abroad makes you a target. 
This is the smart choice. 

Looks great, good build quality with the right features

This bag looks great! The materials seem of very good quality -- definitely feels sturdy and durable. The stitching appears to be solid as well. The packaging is also very thorough, with the item coming in a plastic sleeve, surrounded by packing paper, as well as with many of the bag's pieces wrapped individually with foam wrap (as can be seen in the picture).

Will be using it soon and testing its durability!

Great quality

Good quality backpack, however I had to return this due to one of the zipper areas not completely closing...

Although it is a bit small, the leather quality is amazing and the backpack is well worth the price! I wish it had a slot for waterbottle, and the zippers can be hard to close when full.

Perfect work bag in NYC for my husband - great quality and the leather accents really elevate the look. 

This backpack has been great for short travel and for day-to-day events.  I like the size and the internal pockets (particularly the laptop sleeve in the back).  As a 5'4" and fairly large busted person, the straps are a bit bulky and occasionally cause discomfort at my chest if I walk for long periods of time, but otherwise the design has been perfect!

Fits all that I need for work. Back sleeve keeps my Macbook pro 16" protected and easy to access. Fits notebook, supplies, and water bottle. Sometimes pack this with gym clothes/shoes too. 

Very stylish. Have gotten a few compliments already. 

Tradeoff: not having a water bottle holding on the outside. More stylish without the holder, but less functional. 

We'll see how it holds up over time. 


Stylish and functional

I left the backpack of the original packaging because I don't plan to use it immediately. However I wanted to capture the quality which you can see in the stitching. I really like the size and look of this backpack.

Backpack is sleek and has ample room even with a laptop in it. Love that there is no branding. Separate laptop compartment is convenient.

Looks and feels like great quality. Goes very nicely with my other away bags. The zipper isn't as easy to use as my away bag.

There is a main compartment, a compartment for a laptop, and a small front compartment. I don’t find the zippers cheap (like other reviewers mention). All in all, the backpack looks simple and stylish.

Canvas is easy to get dirty but it's the best backpack I've ever owned and looks amazing!

High quality

Materials feel top notch and looks understatedly nice. Plenty of interior space for everything I need while using it as a personal item on a flight. It's maybe an inch or two wider than I'd like, when I wear it somehow feels too big for me and I think that has to do with the bottom anchor points for the straps - if they were an inch or two more inboard (or the body of the back pack more narrow) I think that would solve the issue. A STEAL at Thank You Thursday pricing and good deal normally.

I like the form. It looks sturdy and clean. A suitcase sleeve is definitely a big plus. I wish there were more small zipped pockets inside.

It is well built and sturdy. Slightly expensive but I don't mind it. Would appreciate if they added a bottle holder though.

Great purchase

I have been considering a new backpack for a while now. I wanted something minimalistic in both design in features, I wanted something dark blue or black, I wanted something comfortable but also not built explicitly for comfort, I wanted something roomy but not bulky, and I wanted something stylish. This bag is perfect! There are cheaper bags out there, but not at this quality. It is chic! And I am so pleased with it. Note: the photo I have uploaded does not fairly represent the color, but it does showcase the sleak-ness and high quality of the item.

Has 3 slots for storage the pictures don’t show it well but there is like a really spacious compartment near the top which is perfect for a laptop couple of paper work and front compartment for light weight necessities

This backpack is AMAZING quality. I previously had the Rains Waterproof Field Backpack ($110), and this one is MUCH nicer. Perfect unisex look to take to work without feeling like a child. It has a separate compartment for your laptop, which is great if you travel a lot and need to slip your laptop in and out of your bag at TSA. It also has a flap to hang it over your suitcase and comfortable straps with cushion. Overall, a perfect backpack for work! Couldn't be happier.

This backpack exceeded my expectations. Very nice quality, a lot of compartments.

Bought as a gift for my brother and it instantly makes whatever he’s wearing more stylish. It has all the necessary compartments and I like that the luggage sleeve isn’t sideways like on other brands. The zipper can sometimes be sticky but is easily fixed with some petroleum jelly.

Amazing Backpack

I was looking for a stylish backpack that would fit well over the handle of my suitcase for when I am traveling. This backpack is perfect for that. It has a nice stylish design that is sleek and clean, it also is very easy to keep in good shape and doesn't look like it has extreme wear on it.

Heavy duty backpack 

Purchased for my fiancé as we look forward to traveling together post pandemic. It has all the features and nothing extra. This is the perfect blend of simple and luxury for travel. The leather details are thoughtful and not stylish but provide comfort and support wear and tear. I appreciate the extra pads on the bottom to give a bit more support where it hits directly on the floor. 

I know this is the luxury bag owner in me, but I’ll probably use a dust bag to store it in while not in use. 

My fiancé cannot wait to use it!

The material of this backpack is well-made and water-resistant. I love the numerous interior pockets in both the laptop and main compartments. I only wish there were additional side exterior pockets that would allow me to easily grab belongings without removing the backpack but this is otherwise quite practical, and so sleek as well

If you are looking for a comfortable and convenient backpack that is chic enough to carry to and from the office, then this is it! Love the separate compartment for the laptop. 

Great and chic bakcpack!

My Everlane backpack after four years finally wore out, and this was an amazing replacement. The top zipper was sometimes a bit stiff to start, but it's very durable, water repellent from what I've seen so far, comfortable, and also fits well on top of a suitcase.

Definitely having a little smoother zipper action would be nice, but still very worth the price – a much better deal than, say, paying Away $160 to do the same thing.
